1. Acceptance
By installing or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own entertainment. You may not copy, decompile, resell or redistribute it, or use it to build a competing product.
3. Virtual coins
Coins exist only inside the app. A welcome bonus, the daily spin and the 7-day login streak add coins for free; mini games charge a small entry and pay out for reaching a skill target in time. Coins are not currency, cannot be bought, sold, transferred or redeemed, and carry no value outside the game. We may reset or adjust balances, and they are lost if you uninstall the app or reset your progress.
4. No gambling
Nothing in the app involves staking money, coins or anything else of value against a chance outcome. Every mini game rewards a fixed, achievable skill target — reflex speed, memory accuracy or timing precision — never a random draw. The app is not a casino, a betting service or a money game, and it must not be used as one.
5. Advertising
The app is free and supported by advertising served through Google AdMob, and by our own promotional cards, which are labelled as advertising. Links in ads open in your browser and lead to third-party sites we do not control. Follow them at your own discretion.
6. Availability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will be free of bugs or always reachable, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, including the settings service the app reads on launch. The app remains fully playable offline.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including lost progress or lost virtual coins. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Age
The app is rated for a general audience. If you are under 13, use it only with the permission of a parent or guardian.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
