Common questions

Can I win or withdraw real money?

No. The app has no money in it at all. Coins are virtual, cannot be purchased and cannot be exchanged for anything. It is an entertainment app only.

I lost my coins, streak or scores

Progress is stored only on your device. Uninstalling the app, clearing its data or using Me → Reset all progress removes it permanently. There is no cloud backup to restore from, because we keep no user database.

How do I change my ad privacy choice?

The consent form reappears automatically for players in the EEA, UK or Switzerland; your latest choice always applies to the ads you see.

Too many ads?

Ad frequency is capped: full-screen ads only appear when you leave a game, never during play, with a quiet period after launch, a cooldown between ads and a per-session limit. If something feels wrong, tell us what you saw and where.

The app will not load its settings

The app works offline. If it cannot reach our server it uses the last settings it saw, or its built-in defaults. Nothing is lost.

How do I delete my data?

Me → Reset all progress, or uninstall the app. Since we store nothing about you on our side, that is all that is needed.
